Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care!
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Custom or personalized items may take an extra-1–2 days depending on design complexity.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout:
USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days) – best for single items under 1 lb.
USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days) – includes tracking and insurance.
USPS Priority Express (1–2 business days) – fastest option for rush orders.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Packaging
Each item is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Mugs and tumblers are securely wrapped in bubble wrap, and shirts are folded neatly in protective mailers.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, H Prints LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the postal carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help track it down and make things right.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Combined Orders
If you place multiple orders around the same time, we’ll do our best to combine shipments and refund any extra shipping charges.
